Last updated: 12 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how StoresWiki LLC ("Truely Sell", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the Truely Sell platform at truelysell.pro and its mobile applications (the "Platform"), collects, uses and protects your personal data. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian data-protection law.
1. Data controller
The data controller is StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia. For any privacy matter you can contact us at [email protected].
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, phone number, password and profile details you provide when registering.
- Provider data — business details, services, pricing, documents submitted for verification and payout information.
- Booking data — the services you book or provide, schedules, messages and transaction history.
- Payment data — payments are handled by third-party processors; we receive confirmation and limited transaction details but do not store full card numbers.
- Location data — addresses and, where you enable it, approximate location used to show nearby services and enable maps.
- Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How and why we use your data (legal bases)
We process personal data on the following GDPR legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to create and manage your account, process Bookings and payments, and provide support.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate, secure and improve the Platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and moderate content.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies; you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data only as necessary:
- Between Customers and Providers — to enable a Booking (for example, the information needed to deliver a Service).
- Service providers (processors) — payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal), mapping services (Google Maps), email and messaging providers, and hosting and analytics providers, acting on our instructions.
- Legal and safety — where required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of users and the public.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data remains protected.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure performance and, with your consent, support analytics and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie banner. Essential cookies are required for the Platform to function; disabling them may affect your experience.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
10. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
12. Contact
